春節慶新年精神爽,  老闆大派利是, 我們要好好的運用, 先食個鐵板燒,  立即去 虎板鐵板燒 訂了位, 祝福我們今年行好運, 萬事順利.步入餐廳,  看見茂盛年花及鐵板燒檯,  即時食指大動.   服務員親切有禮, 迅速替我們安排座位,  送上 Menu 及 意大利花茶.   花茶清香撲鼻,  暖暖的.  服務員介紹 時令特色二人餐, 有齊我們的心儀食品, 海膽, 生蠔, 活鮑魚, 鵝肝, 和牛厚燒,  即落單. 看見師傅已在忙著.服務員送上第一道食品:   煙三文魚沙律, 他細心為我們介紹.  新鮮翠綠的沙律菜,  配紅紅的日本蕃茄, 胡麻醬汁, 醒胃爽口.此時師傅在鐵板上弄,   蟹肉海膽松露溏心蛋,  上檯了, 賣相好矜貴, 令我們眼前一亮, 溏心蛋上鋪了金箔, 蟹肉, 松露及海膽.  松露夠香, 海膽好滑, 溏心蛋仍在蛋殼內流動, 慢慢食, 好滋味.煎蠔樱花蝦, 師傅把生蠔放在鐵板上煎, 另外把樱花蝦及青蔥分別炒香 , 上碟顏色好靚,  生蠔由樱花蝦及青蔥伴著.煎生蠔, 肉質嫩滑, 帶濃郁蠔味, 夾上樱花蝦及青蔥一起吃, 更滋味.接著是, 活鮑魚配蟹肉海苔醬師傅把 南非活鮑魚
