Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從來都不想寫食評,因為每人的口味不同,不想影響其他人。但今次真的很氣憤,因為老闆娘的態度實在令人汗顏。我們訂了2人位,5:25 到了菜館,老闆娘已說6:40要交枱,明白既,做生意緊要。不說味道了,上到枱的餸菜要熱是基本要求吧 。我們2人叫了2碟餸菜及2人份的白肺湯。第一碟上枱的是,完全沒有熱的感覺,再試下啲餸料,是凍的,同老闆娘說,她說3碟一齊炒,怎麼只有你碟會凍?我又怎麼知道呢!她將那碟餸菜來回了2轉與我們爭論說碟的低部是暖的,然後與㕑房說佢哋要隻碟都熱,我們從來沒說過要隻碟熱,只要求餸菜熱,那麼簡單。
