To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上兩個星期都試左西菜同日本菜,今日飼主帶左我黎位於時代廣場12樓既鍾廚。因為避開左人潮我地兩點零鐘先到餐廳,冇人排隊入去就食得喇! 內裡環境唔錯,落地一玻璃睇到晒銅鑼灣景,天花有雀仔同木條裝飾扮鳥籠。飼主之前黎過好威威咁示範個水褒點玩,令人驚嘆原來而家飯茶可以咁好玩,當然店家對水滾茶靚既執著啦。1. 茶葉係一包安排入座既時候比埋,全程叫點心都係先助,好方便。家鄉煎薄撐好耐冇食,呢個粉漿煙韌唔錯,可惜煎得燶左少少。馬拉糕正常,不過不失。最抵食一定係個鮑魚燒賣,33蚊一隻,一口鮑加上個燒賣,真心唔錯,滿足感爆登。牛肉球貨真價實,肉實的的,唔錯。
