💛識食之人一定要黎!食齊最靚部位! 兼人少少兩個人想打邊爐岩哂!  -🍲鴛鴦青花椒牛骨湯($78) 湯底真係超級香,唔係平時打邊爐果種普通清淡湯水,青花椒好香好辣,嗆口兼刺激,食辣既人絕對會鍾意!仲要越煲越出味! 另外不得不提醬料好出色,秘製醬汁好夾牛肉!- 1️⃣脖仁($68)即係牛頸脊,幾乎係一隻牛入邊最稀有既部份,呢到既脖仁油脂分佈較平均,肉質滑嫩,牛味濃郁。 2️⃣牛朴肉($48)係脖仁隔黎既部位,呢到既牛朴肉較為肥美,脂肪多啲,重牛脂香味。 3️⃣牛駝峰($48)一睇都見到每塊都有舊肥膏,一咬即刻出哂牛油,肥美香濃,味道似肥牛。4️⃣安格斯橫隔肌($48)肉塊較碎身,牛味重,啖啖牛香,但比較瘦。 5️⃣滑尾龍($48)將牛肉同蛋撈埋,似滑牛但保持到肉味,雖然牛味冇咁重,但口感過癮,更加滑嫩。6️⃣匙柄($48)肩胛小排既部位,較瘦同少少鞋,另一種口感,但愈咬愈有牛味。 - 🥩以上最推薦:脖仁、牛朴肉、牛駝峰! 同埋白蘿蔔都係必叫!一開頭落,最尾食,索哂湯底既濃味,而且冇渣,極級正! 👍🏻9/10
