仲有最靚嘅豬腩肉呀!一層皮一層肥膏一層肉,實在非常吸引,豬皮勁香脆,食起上嚟有肉香及咬口。好在仲有一條蘆筍,再點少少旁邊嘅mustard食,感覺上好似冇咁罪惡!

平時食西班牙餐都食唔少,但橄欖油喺鐵板入面仲會滋滋渣渣彈跳嘅又試過未?每檯上呢度菜一次嘅時候都會聽到渣好耐,熱辣辣好吸引!爽口蝦肉加上彷彿係無窮無盡嘅蒜片,完美嘅配搭。最感動嘅係外面嘅蒜片蝦好似總係唔夠蒜咁,但呢度嘅飯量係多到可以遮住晒啲蝦,太開心喇!

微辣嘅煎八爪魚,令八爪魚嘅鮮甜更突出。不嬲唔係好鍾意食八爪魚,總係覺得肉質好堅韌,但呢個煮得非常鬆軟腍滑,好似唔洗用牙咬咁彈牙!黑色嘅係墨汁薯蓉細滑,喺食到成個咀都變黑嘅時候,店員即刻遞上紙巾,好貼心

皮脆肉嫩,比起其他tapas呢個嘅調味比較少,突出豬肉嘅爽甜及豬味。墊喺底嘅洋蔥吸收晒豬肉嘅油膩,一齊食又會冇啖啖肉嗰種罪惡感,如果都係覺得太罪惡的話,點一點旁邊嘅醋食,咁又會冇咁膩了

除咗喺西班牙之外,都好耐冇試過一口氣食咁多款tapas了。其實咁多碟份量都算大,仲要碟碟都好有特色。咁嘅價錢食到咁新鮮又好味嘅tapas,值得一試!不過聽日返工真係要把停食強勁薄荷糖了,否則啲蒜香會臭死同事呀!
