由韓國人主理既「Seoul Noodles 首爾製麵所」係中環開左幾個月已經成為我lunch其中一個飯堂,once a week ,午市時段門口經常大排長龍,人氣十足🫶🏻。午市以湯麵🍜+湯飯為主,加錢可upgrade至combo set 。中環店以暖黃色木系風格為主,空間寬敞座位闊落,猶如置身韓國一樣。Happy Friday放工近近地試下首爾製麵所既非麵類製品,味道果然同樣出色👍🏻。估唔到夜晚同午市一樣咁旺場👏🏻座無虛席。夜晚黎緊係點d平時lunch食唔到既野:🥢酸泡菜脊骨馬鈴薯鍋專人將大大條豪邁奔放泡菜係你面前剪斷加入馬鈴薯鍋,令鍋底自帶滿滿泡菜酸香味。牛脊骨🍖 啖啖肉+ 預先已經炆到肉質爽嫩彈牙。成個鍋大大份好足料,夠2-3個人happy share😋。🥢韓式泡菜煎餅用傳統韓式泡菜做餡料,煎到外脆內軟金黃酥脆,辣到適中入口非常惹味🫓,簡直一試難忘再試瘋狂😍。
