To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嶺南樓聽個名都知係邊度🤣曾聽過這店的名字，今次特登從港島入去飲茶。剛好去到開門不久，大把位揀，侍應都說隨便坐，揀咗張近樓梯底近落地大玻璃窗的枱坐下，因樓底高，又掛住兩幅對聯，覺得書卷味濃。點心叫咗：蠔皇鮮竹卷、原籠馬拉糕、鮮竹牛肉球、叉燒雪山包、香茜牛肉腸粉、特價$9.9芝士鮮蝦炸春卷，另加套餐：1個點心併盤、小食濃湯浸菜心+雪菜火鴨絲燜米。點心不過不失，牛肉腸粉有d筋，芝士鮮蝦炸春卷好脆但無乜芝士味。另外個雪菜火鴨絲燜米，d鴨絲就韌咗d及乾咗d（無乜汁）。套餐個拼盤比較少點心。值得一讚就係$7一個茶錢就真係比較抵了。地方整潔，服務OK，有泊車優惠。飲完茶還可以落樓下個公園影返幾幅靚相，有個這樣的半天遊都唔錯。
