To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我們一家人,差不多兩個星期去一次飲茶,因時代廣場食滿$350就可泊車三個鐘,以前為咗慳啲,等下午茶才吃,點心可有六折。但現在不等了,因正茶也不加一也不收茶錢,比其他茶樓以平,而他們的點心也不錯,只是人手短缺一點,加水加單埋單也很難也到人,最喜歡吃蝦餃和燒賣,是一個個點的,今次還叫了义燒試試味道也不錯,夠霖夠嫩,鹹水角味道好
