To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日自己一個飲茶，順便寫評其實呢間飲茶野食一向ok，係唔夠侍應serve 扣分門口比飛個呀姐最食C我一個人搭台，要我排幾十張飛? 無病呀叫左鵪鶉蛋燒賣，蒜蓉春卷，千島醬蝦角，竹炭奶黃包鵪鶉蛋燒賣我一向鍾意食，唔會太細粒春卷我覺得唔夠脆，可能星期日多人番炸蝦角用千島沙律醬做賣點，係好食d竹炭，黑色奶黃包，同普通流沙包一樣，整色整水only。至於上面個d 金色我都唔知咩尼。。。靚係幾靚So far 只睇食物都ok

鵪鶉蛋燒賣我一向鍾意食，唔會太細粒
春卷我覺得唔夠脆，可能星期日多人番炸
蝦角用千島沙律醬做賣點，係好食d
竹炭，黑色奶黃包，同普通流沙包一樣，整色整水only
。至於上面個d 金色我都唔知咩尼。。。
