To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為公司大佬落到黎，老細帶埋我地呢啲小薯仔齊齊去飲茶。一行8人lunch過到黎，唔知做乜今日勁多人，好彩有book定枱，唔係真係有排等。因為真係好多客，呀姐們都唔係好得閒理我地，叫野食都叫左幾耐下先有人過黎幫我地落單。佢menu都頗多選擇，我只係揀左有圖既黎影。因為我地8個人既關係，好多都係double叫，預一人一粒左右。流心奶黃包，日本人同事最愛，甜甜地，次次食都夠流心。燒腩仔，皮脆肉嫩！金錢肚之前食口感彈牙啲，今日唔知唔新鮮定點，林左啲。我唔好雞腳，同事話好食。豆腐滑，調味都幾好，不過唔係我鐘意既石膏豆腐。。。無乜豆味。因為叫得太多，除左上面，仲有叫左啲燒賣蝦餃，蝦腸，肉絲炒麵等等，正常發揮，唔覺有邊款點心有問題。甜品方面，有同事叫左椰皇，楊枝甘露，焗布甸。我地叫多左椰汁糕，芝麻糕，紫薯糕share。造型唔錯，不過椰汁糕略嫌無味。我最推紫薯糕，濃濃既紫薯味，好難得！今次真係飽到上心口！不過有漏單，等太耐叫左佢cut單搞左勁耐都未處理好
