To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚上時間7點幾開始就都有好多人排隊不過好彩等1-2張枱就到我今次其實係第一次食呢間，因為成日覺得呢間係好貴朋友話都係第一次食，所以一於試下佢我叫左個大分南蠻雞丼定食，盛為 $85 (最抵食既丼定食)呢個丼好彩係包埋湯、沙律、漬物不過其實就咁食飯都已經好飽因為除左多飯之外，雞件都好多...而雞件好厚切，大件得黎炸得恰當，唔會feel到食緊炸粉配上南蠻同他他醬，口感好豐富但唔知點解飯面都有就奇怪左啲雖然無咁齋，但好鬼濟朋友叫左味噌吉列豬扒丼配溫泉玉子 $88一個丼一開始以為味噌會好咸，但食落又發現幾夾同唔咸不過豬扒有啲肥，好膩另外仲叫左個芝士豚肉薯餅真係唔叫仲好....無咩特別芝士無味，而且太過over左價錢又唔抵食整體黎講等上菜時間有啲慢而且仲寫錯單呀....下次可以2人叫一個定食一齊share 就會無咁飽同濟~叫小食之前要諗諗先呀!推介： /5
