- 尖沙咀｜Harlan's -Set DinnerAppetizer▪️香煎北海道帶子配脆西米，法式香梨及荔枝果蓉帶子煮得啱啱好，好鮮嫩。面頭除咗有塊脆西米，仲有啲魚子醬，增加口感。而法式香梨及荔枝果蓉就帶出甜味▪️藍龍蝦沙律配車厘茄，百合及話梅汁🥗藍龍蝦爽口彈牙，配上車厘茄、百合，好清新，話梅汁微微酸，好開胃，適合作為前菜Soup▪️牛肝菌湯配白松露油🥣侍應會喺上枱後先將湯倒入裝有牛肝菌嘅碗內，可以見到有好多牛肝菌，好足料，味道香濃Main Course▪️香煎西班牙紅蝦扁意粉🦐🍝伴風乾日本車厘茄配火箭菜香草醬紅蝦有好多蝦膏，好香。香草醬唔會太過濃稠，扁意粉亦都煮得夠乾身，整體感覺比較清爽，唔會好膩▪️慢煮美國極級牛腹扒🥩配牛肝菌黑松露薯泥叫咗5成熟，煎得啱啱好，中間保持粉嫩。另外牛腹扒肉質富有彈性，唔係好腍嗰種，比較有咬口，而且肉味濃厚，配埋牛肝菌、黑松露薯泥，味道有層次Dessert▪️綠茶白朱古力慕絲配紅豆雪糕🫘綠茶白朱古力慕絲幼滑，味道唔會過甜，配埋紅豆雪糕，perfectHarlan's📍尖沙咀彌敦道100號The ONE 19樓
