To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友係旺中行街,行到攰決定買杯野飲,見到呢個唇茶好似幾健康就試下啦。呢到主打飲品可以加桃膠,但我同朋友都無咩興趣,所以叫左其他配料。我地叫左兩杯飲品,兩杯都走糖: - 金桂花茶加玫瑰西米 (左)玫瑰西米係旺角限定,西米份量幾多,咬落有淡淡玫瑰味,茶底清清地咁,整體ok。.- 荔枝紅茶加奇亞籽 (右)奇亞籽份量好多,飲完成杯好飽,其實呢杯飲品可以當一個早餐荔枝紅茶就算無加糖都有微甜嘅感覺,不過對我黎講有少少濃得濟。飲落其實唔算太特別,可能飲一次就算。
