To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到這間店，感覺就係「食得咁樣好彩」！就算唔係西裝靚仔或者名牌靚女也絕對可以大快朵頤。今次體驗，我們豪不客氣，拍桌而食。🍣 首先，啲燒賣，啱啱好嘅韌勁，鮮蝦彈牙，真係一啖一個滿足；燒鵝，外皮脆得黎聲，肉嘅油脂恰到好處，吃落去唔覺油膩。😋 傳統的叉燒飽滿嘅色澤隻隻喊住食，肉質嫩滑，帶點焦香真係惹味！而家講下🍜麵條吧，一條一條都泛著噴香光澤，每一啖都咬落去有勁，仲有種嚼勁加滋味嘅絕妙配合。結實嘅餃子皮包裹緊啲多汁肉餡，一啲也唔會勁到喊，反而係一口幸福感爆煲！唔好以為講完，仲有個幽默嘅甜品埋單！芒果布甸，滑到冇朋友，咩叫做甘甜杜絕，原來就係佢啦！總括嚟講，去到這般食堂，唔止係食，更係享受生活嘅方式㗎！👍
