多謝朋友同我慶祝生日,帶左我黎呢間新開既壽喜燒,之前都係食汁煮既壽喜燒,原來有另一種關西風既做法,主要係用糖煮,長知識!首先有三款前菜,有鯖魚、山芋、冷麵,幾開胃,再上一個牛刺身,食落去口感好似一件拖羅咁樣,口感好軟好好味!之後就去到主菜既A4和牛,有幾個唔同既部位,分別有肉眼、西冷同埋牛肩,廚師同我地解釋,話食既次序,會係由肥至瘦,肉味由淡至濃,跟住食每片和牛之間都會間住咁食日本蔬菜,可以減低油膩感,我自己最鍾意最後個片牛肩,肉味重之餘都好滑。另外,最有驚喜係個蒟蒻麵,好爽口同彈牙,呢個真係想再加多一份,不過廚師話冇得加,整體黎講,成個體驗都好好,我都即刻book多左一日同屋企人食,不過已經要book到去12月。。。。等下啦
