好耐之前已經聽過鐵人旨花呢間餐廳,原來喺香港有好多分店,今日我哋就去咗銅鑼灣分店,主要係食鐵板燒。我哋叫咗伊勢海老鐵板燒(二人前),食物首先有沙律,作為豐富晚餐嘅開胃菜, 十分清新可口。之後就上汁煮白鱈魚,佢係將魚皮煎香,加上洋蔥湯,魚肉十分鮮嫩,魚皮脆口,有唔同嘅口感。再來就係海膽汁煮龍蝦,龍蝦好大隻而且新鮮彈牙,火候啱啱好,既保存肉汁,而且十分鮮嫩。除咗海鮮方面,佢仲有我最愛嘅露筍食,佢係用好濃郁嘅忌廉汁作醬汁,好creamy。至於牛肉方面,佢係用熊本縣產A5和牛,用南瓜和露筍作為伴碟,加小小鹽作點綴,肉質鮮嫩無筋,脂肪亦都好多,入口即溶,有喺日本食和牛嘅感覺。之後就係清酒雞湯煮帶子,湯有好香嘅清酒味,加上帶子嘅鮮甜,令人欲罷不能。上和牛炒飯嘅時候已經飽飽地,但係睇見咁香嘅炒飯都忍唔住要食曬!甜品就係柚子雪糕,淡淡嘅酸甜可以消滯,而且清新可口,同一般係街邊買到嘅雪糕係唔同嘅。今餐,太讚了!
