To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚黑去食飯,想搵一間好食嘅扒房,知道大埔新開左間扒房,決定去試吓。間餐廳本身唔係好大。我哋坐低左之後,本來想點菜。但原來呢度啲扒係要自己出去揀,揀好後,便會磅重。佢會根據住你幾重再去收錢,有羊、雞、肉眼等等。我哋今次叫咗羊同埋肉眼,揀左要五成熟。羊同埋肉眼都好有層次,肉同埋筋黐埋一齊,再加埋煎得非常香嘅外皮,口感十足。佢仲可以揀多兩款配菜,我覺得食Green Salad同埋薯條最好。如果你揀多杯Drink,買單大概要$500一位。如果大家有不同的紀念日的話,想搵間好食的餐廳,可以不妨一試。
