To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間舖頭長期openrice榜上有名，今日走去一是究竟。相對而言，午餐同下午茶真係比較經濟，晚餐呢就略嫌有少少貴啦。餐廳主打星加坡菜，咁就一定要試吓佢嘅喇沙湯底。喇沙同我喺馬來西亞食嘅一樣，有兩種面底包括米線同米粉，由於兩種面嘅質地唔相同，所以食落去個口感會相對豐富一啲！呢碗喇沙嘅椰汁量較多，同時間個湯底會比較滑。魚蛋相當彈牙，豆卜索晒椰汁湯底超級好味！另外仲叫咗一個炒貴刁，睇張相都知道佢吵得幾有鑊氣，條條分明，而且唔會太鹹！餐廳仲要用咗竹碟上菜，加添左視覺效果！見到隔離枱叫咗串燒又覺得好吸引，所以二話不說就叫多一份串燒（隔離飯總係香啲～）串燒就比較乾身鎖唔到肉汁，同埋餐廳只係得豬同埋雞，冇牛呢個選擇，就有少少失望啦。但總括而言，係一餐超級滿意嘅大餐。

另外仲叫咗一個炒貴刁，睇張相都知道佢吵得幾有鑊氣，條條分明，而且唔會太鹹！餐廳仲要用咗竹碟上菜，加添左視覺效果！
