To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前同屋企人嚟過食呢一間餐廳,一試難忘,所以今次就同先生再嚟多次食啦!嚟之前,先生已經做咗資料蒐集,話一定要試呢一度嘅叉燒燒味,咁所以一坐低啦,我哋就已經決定要試一試佢啦!1️⃣叉燒燒腩仔雙拼( $368 )☺️:燒腩仔,坦白來講,冇乜特別,上菜嘅時候亦都唔係特別熱,只係微暖,下次都未必會再試。但係,叉燒真係要大讚!非常之香軟肉滑,食落有強烈嘅肉香,脂肪同瘦肉比例都係好平均。另外,我哋多點左另外幾款點心,例如蝦餃、山竹牛肉、脆皮流沙酥、腸粉等,幾款點心嘅味道都唔錯,比起一般中菜廳係高質嘅午餐來講算係幾抵食!食後分享:1️⃣叉燒雖然係好食,但係偏貴嘅,如果有興趣都可以一試,但係就唔需要點雙拼,因為燒腩仔實在係冇特別2️⃣由於餐廳用餐限時90分鐘,我哋2:30入場,食到4:00就真正要交枱,兩個人來講時間都算充足,但如果約多啲朋友呢,就會顯得有啲趕時間
