To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港有什麼地道特色嘅食物？燒味飯？茶餐廳？魚蛋粉？最近好想發掘又平又抵食既野比我發現呢間「田記」佢話自己係專門店，所以直接我就衝咗入去食。佢地既選擇超多，還有小食我當然要叫佢招牌魚蛋牛腩河佢哋啲魚蛋似係手打，好彈牙，真係同出邊嘅魚蛋有啲唔同👍而牛腩又肥美，厚切，肉和筋分明，又唔韌，不錯👍其實佢份量超多河粉有多，超抵食湯底又唔咸，食完唔會覺得勁口渴。同埋佢啲蔥唔會直接放落粉上如果唔食蔥既人都無問題再加多杯凍檸樂佢哋係用支裝，有懷舊feel

河粉有多，超抵食
湯底又唔咸，食完唔會覺得勁口渴。

同埋佢啲蔥唔會直接放落粉上
如果唔食蔥既人都無問題

再加多杯凍檸樂
佢哋係用支裝，有懷舊feel
