今日黎到灣仔QRE Plaza嘅炭兎,餐廳由日本師傅主理,而且餐廳氣氛超好,甘岩撞正有其他客人生日,餐廳安排所有在坐客人人手一杯酒,一齊為壽星舉杯慶祝。-我地叫左半打鐵盒燒廣島生蠔,另外仲加左熱溶芝士,生蠔勁大隻,差吾多有手掌大,而且每隻都多汁肥美,就甘食已經好鮮味,加上芝士又係另一種風味。-炭燒名古屋交趾雞嘅份量都吾少,雞肉熱辣辣,味道都出色,側邊仲會有少少辣醬,沾上食更惹味。-我地仲叫左鵝肝醬伴法國麵包,滿滿嘅鵝肝醬塗上法包同梳打餅上面,見到就已經留晒口水,鵝肝醬嘅鹹香配上法包嘅口感,簡直冇得頂。-我地叫左一條烤魚,魚會串住放起炭爐側邊慢烤,睇住條魚慢慢變熟,一邊睇一邊期待,味道方面稍微有d太鹹,不過魚肉口感嫩滑,整體不過不失。-最後我地仲點左幾串串燒,分別有雞、豬、牛,當啦中特別鐘意牛舌串同豚五花包生蠔串。牛舌鹽燒調味幾吾錯,而且烤得岩岩好。而豚五花包生蠔串亦都好好食,豚五花嘅脂肪感加上生蠔,口感好特別。-最後再黎個法式栗子蛋糕,栗子蓉綿滑,入面嘅蛋糕好鬆軟,味道吾會太甜,而且甜而不膩,造型亦都好打卡able,吾錯。
