每次朋友問我應該推介邊間香港餐廳比海外朋友我都會諗起依一間燒味舖因為呢一間燒味舖開咗好多年,而且係灣仔燒味人氣店,午餐時間經常大排長龍,亦都受附近上班一族同街坊歡迎,所以係到香港必試的高質燒味餐廳特別係佢嘅古井燒鵝同冰燒鳳凰雞飯最吸引人 。所以我今次就叫咗個古井燒鵝拼燒乳豬,佢可以燒鵝係嚴選 5 斤半比雌鵝,加上祕制陳皮醬醃制,非常古早又好食,而乳豬燒得脆卜卜好香好入味。佢嘅雞飯可以配上獨特醬汁,例如菠蘿、紅黃椒、青檸、蒜蓉等,所以會特別好味。另外佢主食除米飯之外,亦可以選擇賴粉 米粉等等。飲品亦都有得揀羅漢果茶。
