To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來而家永年開到去佐敦,呢間鋪入面好多打卡位,有車仔面檔仲有港式郵筒,還原香港獨有的風味! 見到唔少食客都係打卡位到影相。而家可以QR code落單,就算比現金都可以落單後去櫃台比錢,都幾方便。三餸撈面 叫左豬腸, 蘿蔔同埋牛腩。牛腩好軟淋,炆到好入味。蘿蔔無渣夠清甜。豬腸爽口冇異味。撈面叫左微咖哩辣加埋豬腸汁,幾惹味。另外,食永年一定要食經典既車仔面,即係三餸湯面。配料叫左魚蛋, 紅腸同埋魷魚。魚蛋彈牙新鮮,魷魚份量都好多。個湯簡左微咖哩辣,唔會死咸,咖哩湯汁同粗面都好夾,好食! 唔覺唔覺飲左大半碗湯,但都唔會好口乾。小食叫麻辣豬耳,原來可以簡辣度,岩曬想食辣又唔太食得辣既我。豬耳十分爽口,醬汁惹味。菜類選擇多,我地簡左腐乳通菜!樽仔奶茶都係必飲既之選,奶味好重,飲落口好順滑。
