To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次去嘅係位於油麻地地鐵站出口附近嘅一間貼地，價錢經濟又實惠嘅小店，相信好多香港人，一個星期總會有一兩餐係係依類型嘅餐廳度食，呢度冇牛扒龍蝦，但係總會令人食完又想食，佢就係牛腩麵檔。相信香港人對於牛腩麵都有一定嘅要求，因為實在太多選擇，而且有由細食到大，相信係香港人最熟悉嘅一種餐廳，呢一間麵檔，其貌不揚，裝修地道，叫咗兩碗面，分別係牛雜麵，同崩沙腩麵，我相信呢兩碗麵最能反映到一間牛雜舖嘅質素，湯底，牛雜醃得入唔入味，一試便知，果然無令我失望，牛腩腩汁香，崩沙腩肥瘦相間爽口。牛雜足料，如果有時間下星期會再嚟食。
