每次去上水,有一樣食物係必定食嘅,佢就係腸粉,係皺皮腸粉!呢間腸粉可以話係我係香港食過嘅幾間黎講最好食嘅!所以間唔中就忍唔全要食!🔹豬潤腸粉:豬膶處理得幾好,食落無腥味,咬落有粉感,非常香濃嘅豬膶味!加埋啲蔥花同豉油,撈落個薄薄嘅腸粉到一齊食,同埋腸粉嘅米香味配合得好好👍🏾🔹豬肉雞蛋腸粉:本身係豬肉腸粉,但我加雞蛋,因為我覺得豬肉同雞蛋放埋一齊都幾夾,個口感又會比較有𡁻頭。而且腸粉同雞蛋融埋一齊再蒸熟,個味道更有層次👍🏾 +10$ 有魚旦同豆漿,抵到震,仲要啲魚旦唔係啲下欄貨雪左幾年解凍果啲,而係新鮮有魚味嘅👍🏾㊙️ 豬膶腸粉(記得叫師傅腸粉要盡量薄啲,咁就lam lam lee 👍🏾)
