呢間喺中環嘅 Prime Pho，一直都係湯姆至愛，雖然新鋪地點無舊鋪咁方便，但係水準依舊。招牌Pho特別 有齊生牛肉、牛腩、牛脷、牛根、牛丸、牛展、牛柏葉，用上 USDA Prime 牛肉，肉質嫩滑、肉味濃郁，牛骨湯加入白蘿蔔，自然清甜。真心 Brass Spoon 都要排第二！⁣⁣Hands down the best pho in Hong Kong!⁣ Their signature Prime Pho cam with USDA Prime grade raw beef, beef brisket, ox tongue, beef tendons, tripe, and beef balls... The soup was cooked with beef bones and radish - super flavourful!
