全國有60間直營門店,深圳四季椰林海南椰子雞終於嚟到香港Moko開分店!可以唔使返深圳都可以食到椰子雞, 而且Moko分店座位一樣闊落,環境舒服。四季椰林湯底出哂名係用純椰子水,每個湯底都用左四個椰子,不加一滴水,好岩鐘意火鍋又想食得健康嘅人士。絕對係未入舖頭,單單企係門口已經聞到濃郁椰子香。另外店家新出酸湯椰子湯底,飲落有啲似酸辣湯,不過係小油鹽版本,多一分惹味得嚟不失健康。雞件用嘅係海南名牌產品文昌雞,因放養走地,皮薄彈牙,沒有多餘油脂,肉質嫩滑,非常有雞味。純椰子湯加入雞件後煮5分鐘就食得,椰子雞湯好清甜,不油膩,可以先飲2碗湯,然後用沙薑青檸辣椒豉油調教返個靈魂雞醬食雞。飲完食完主角雞湯雞件,就可以加入其他火鍋配料。火鍋配料也不欺場,雪山牛小排,爽彈蘭花蚌,色澤一流好新鮮!潮汕手工魚皮餃,呢種手工餃皮薄柔軟有魚肉香!另外涼菜雙拼,雞胗都係用文昌雞腎,爽口彈牙唔會硬!叫咗個椰子船飯當甜品,椰子肉同糯米飯一齊蒸熟,淡淡椰香,軟糯香甜,叫多支鮮榨椰汁,完美作結。
