首先要左一籠蟹粉小籠包,用四個字皮薄餡靚來形容就最適合。蟹粉同豬肉嘅比例啱啱好,而且非常之多汁。
在要咗一個小食蜜汁火方,呢道菜唔係咁易喺香港隨便搵到,要整得好食就更加難。
然後就要左我最愛既上海麵食之一,嫩雞燴麵。
最後要左碟個名好得意既龍鬚鮮魚絲。原來係桂花魚切絲加銀芽同大頭菜絲炒。就係咁簡單既2種材料都已經好滋味。啖啖冇骨魚肉十分嫩滑,亦好食到魚既鮮味,果然心機菜。
最後值得一讚既仲有呢度既茶,普洱夠濃但唔澀,好香好嘆。

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
