瑰丽的环境大过好吃,贵气逼人的main dining room确实有把我震撼到,虽然整体味道不差,但以这个价格来说,少了点惊艳。·不单单是西班牙菜,菜品出奇地丰富,包括一大堆delicatessen。毕竟是网红豪华酒店,就算是主打的tapas和ceviche,也比绝大多数餐厅的出品更精致。·我们被安排在可以看到海景的窗边位,点了一堆鱼生和牛油果。没有去室外,HK的冬天只是看上去晴朗,海风依然湿漉漉的,还没有被阳光暖透的温度。·1⃣️Scallop Ceviche2⃣️Hamachi Ceviche鱼生的调味很夏天,酸度清晰的青柠酱汁浸润着柔嫩的带子,橙子切片和细嫩的狮鱼堆叠,美得像盘中盛放的花蕾。·3⃣️Tuna Tartare吞拿鱼塔塔倒是没有过多调味,清淡的同时能吃出食材本身的新鲜和甘美,吞拿鱼和(好像是微微烤过的)牛油果切块都很实在。·4⃣️Kale Salad沙拉有点出乎意料,叉起一根水灵灵的烤西兰苔,在空中微微抖出炭烧过的焦香气,没有沙律酱,仅用了乳清芝士调味,却有滋有味。·5⃣️Cod Fish主菜点了鳕鱼,搭配有猪肉肠和鹰嘴豆,当天没有蛤蜊了就给我们换成了虾。汤汁有点腊肠那种闷闷的、像烟熏过
