To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💪🏻 招牌厚切豬扒叻沙摻摻($75)呢間餐廳嘅喇沙(Laksa)係好新加波嘅喇沙味道(百勝廚喇沙即食麵味道)，濃濃嘅蝦醬味道，配上濃郁嘅椰漿香味，再微微嘅辣味，味道非常豐富🤤 再加上森巴醬，食到粒粒嘅蝦米粒，令湯底更加濃味。而且係配上摻摻(油麵+米粉)，非常索湯，每啖麵都可以掛到香濃嘅喇沙湯底，好好食😋 而且喇沙麵嘅配料都非常充足。有3粒魚蛋、雞蛋、豆卜、芽菜，食落口感豐富。豬扒非常厚切，肥瘦適中，肉質軟淋，唔會柴，而且亦都炸得好香口😝。味道：9/10性價比：6.5/10 食住瘦指數：💪🏻/5
