同朋友慶祝生日喺尖沙咀book枱嚟食潮州菜。餐廳裝修都幾特別,一入到去見到有特色吧枱,估唔到潮州菜館都可以做得咁fusion,另外用餐環境寬敞舒適都幾啱成家人一齊食飯。▪️五小福▪️有齊晒咁多款特色前菜,包括好特別嘅串茄核桃沙律、潮式粿肉、酒香凍鮑魚、椒麻帶子、話梅涼瓜!椒麻帶子超特別,椒麻醬微微辣同新鮮帶子真係好夾,而串茄核桃沙律同話梅涼瓜都超醒神,呢五款開胃菜都好好食。▪️足2両紅燒潮州翅▪️呢款真係好足料啊。食到啖啖翅,而且以微火點熱加溫送上,真係好窩心呀!味道調得啱啱好鍾意食芫荽同紅醋嘅都可以加少少調味!不過就咁食都已經食到好鮮。▪️方魚炒芥蘭▪️滿滿惹味方魚碎同新鮮芥蘭一齊炒香,方魚冇苦澀味,亦都冇腥味,唔會太鹹,而芥蘭炒得惹味爽口,味道啱啱好!▪️椒鹽白飯魚▪️炸得好爽脆金黃,送飯一流!▪️翡翠汁煎焗黃花魚扒▪️超欣賞呢一款煎焗黃花魚扒,獨特嘅翡翠菠菜汁味道清甜,煎焗黃花魚扒啖啖肉,外面非常之香脆,內裏肉質仍然keep到嫩滑!▪️滷水墨魚▪️招牌滷水墨魚滷水味道唔會太鹹,墨魚彈牙!仲有豆腐添,最啱同朋友一齊share😍
