Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 大家可能唔知，🍔係馬鞍山人，作為foodie係依個美食沙漠都生存左好一段時間，個陣時真係食黎食去都係個幾間😢 但最近開始有唔同餐廳進駐，而最近開左嘅有一風堂，丼丼屋同翻新嘅元氣，三間連埋一齊十分有霸氣🤣 今次就試一試一風堂，午餐時間都幾多人下，一定要排隊，等20分鐘左右，都算快！門面嘅裝潢幾日本風，店內環境唔算大，大部分都要坐圓櫈，有少少唔太舒服🤭-橫浜家系豚骨拉麵($80) 係馬鞍山店限定😍 湯底幾深色，而且幾濃郁，入面除左有豚骨之外，仲有雞白湯，所以幾鮮下，但略為偏鹹左少少😗 麵底同平時嘅唔一樣，大條啲同偏黃身！叉燒有兩塊，醬汁味重，幾濃味！特製白丸元味($88) 依碗係元老級味道😋 豚骨湯底係一貫水準，比上面個碗冇咁濃味。叉燒有四塊，但就冇🍔係中環食嘅咁嫩，鞋身左少少。麵條幼身同入口好滑👍🏽大板風餃子($52/6隻) 如果大家鐘意食章魚小丸子嘅可以試下依個🐙！醬汁非常到位，餃子皮好薄，一啖一個🥰
