To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前跟朋友提起在香港很難吃到特別正宗的川菜，突然想起在銅鑼灣多年的這家店。之前朋友說這一家店的酸辣粉特別好吃，今天特意來嚐嚐。現在有15周年特別套餐，點了一個套餐，然後另外單點了一個酸辣粉。15周年套餐，包括前菜兩款，招牌口水雞、一款自選麵和飲品。前菜選了涼拌皮蛋和泡椒豬手，推薦泡椒豬手豬皮不會過腍，充滿泡椒甜酸辣的味道。招牌口水雞，雞肉嫩滑入味。鴨血麻辣粉絲，是近期吃過最好吃的鴨血，鴨血能夾得起來，一咬就裂開，麻辣的味道滲入了鴨血☺️酸辣粉，我點了加辣，能夠理解為什麼這麼多人推薦這一間店，香料用得非常充足，除了在湯之中能看到的辣椒和麻，在湯碗的邊邊上也能看到很多說成份的香料沾了一圈。加辣後酸度不明顯，想要吃更酸一點可以問服務員拿黑醋🫶🏻另外看見很多人點的青瓜豆漿，下次也想試一下。
