To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家菜館以煲仔飯馳名，故此煲仔飯的質素有保證！廣式臘味煲仔飯即叫即煲，需等候一些時間，上枱時非常炙熱，聲、色、味俱全！臘味潤澤，臘腸帶酒香，煲底的飯能結成飯焦，侍應生會幫忙起飯焦，合喜歡吃飯焦的。瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲是個人最喜歡的菜式，是足料健康之選！瑤柱和蝦米份量多，湯底清甜，幾近不見油，湯在喝後沒有口渴的情況，證明真材實料，沒有加味精。黑松露雞煲與煲仔飯一樣，都是先聲奪人，煲未至已聽到那炙熱的聲音，相當有鑊氣。雞件入味嫩滑，唯一缺點是有碎骨，如有長者或小孩需要特別當心。室內環境雅致且有高身屏風阻隔，私隱度高、距離感強，喜歡！
