To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 甚少到印尼餐廳用膳,更何況是印尼式花膠湯?簡直聞所未聞,蠢蠢欲試😋店子小小,門外擺放著各式印尼糕點:木薯糕、千層糕、椰汁糕,以及蝦片等小食。在店內用餐的都是印尼人,下單時店員均能以流利廣東話跟我溝通,態度親切😊花膠湯顏色清徹呈奶白色,味道清甜潤喉,有媽媽煮的感覺😍大有驚喜!可以當湯喝呢!粉皮大大片,口感滑溜,可惜煮得有點過淋;花膠是爽口那種,不要期望是充滿膠質帶韌勁那種喔。雞肉非常嫩滑,生熟程度十分準確,雞皮呈誘人的鮮黃色,廚師應記一功👍🏻想不到在這小小的印尼餐廳能吃到有水準的花膠雞湯😋下次要試試其他地道印尼美食。
