To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 印尼菜 可能唔係大家經常會想起會去食嘅餐， 今次都係因為咁啱身處銅鑼灣又想食臭豆 所以就搵到呢間「班蘭葉」。 門面比較唔顯眼，其實成日都經過佢門口， 但係無留意係 餐廳， 成日以為只係一間賣糕點雜貨嘅南亞小店，餐廳內亦都唔係好大，睇佢嘅裝潢同餐牌等都知道其實佢己經喺呢度一段時間， 真係有眼不識泰山喇。 講起印尼菜， 最多人熟悉嘅可能就係佢地嘅牛丸：白鬚（Bakso） 。 所以嚟到都第一時間叫個細白鬚先， 好彩叫左細， 佢地嘅份量都幾夠，連埋配菜等等如果唔太餓已經可以當一餐， 見到佢嘅沙嗲拼盤除左雞牛羊仲有白鱔串燒，白鱔完全無失望， 同埋佢個沙嗲做得好好， 好香好滑。炸碎雞臭豆飯就真係不得了， 上枱嘅時候店員姐姐講左一句「好勁呀， 可以食咁辣」， 聽完之後呆左， 本身都無諗住係辣嘅， 事實， 係真係辣， 係有後勁果種辣， 慢慢build up 果隻， 炸雞上面果啲先係精華， 有椒有蒜有蝦乾等等， 好惹味好爽， 不過係真係堅辣珍多冰就正常發揮啦， 另外叫左個香茅可樂， 嚟到係一個冰底入面有枝香茅， 再加一罐可樂， 飲嘅時候， 係飲唔到香茅味嘅～！！呢間回頭率都高，都好想試埋佢其他野食會有

珍多冰就正常發揮啦， 另外叫左個香茅可樂， 嚟到係一個冰底入面有枝香茅， 再加一罐可樂， 飲嘅時候， 係飲唔到香茅味嘅～！！
