To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日繁忙嘅午市，好多人幫襯嘅星馬菜館，估唔到餐牌上選擇愈來愈多✅連川菜同中式小菜都有🌶️🥢天氣咁凍真繁好想食辣野暖吓胃😋環境光猛，乾淨企理坐得幾舒服👏🏻招牌沸騰魚 $198以為主打星馬新加坡菜嘅舖頭，川菜都做得唔錯，佢哋嘅招牌沸騰魚，新鮮滾熱辣味道，味道香辣惹味，冇水煮方式紅噹噹同麻辣，咁就可以飲到魚湯，鮮甜美味，大大件魚片滑溜，好食呀❗️麻香辣子牛柳粒 $168一口牛柳粒，size啱啱好入口軟冧唔會韌，牛油味濃同麻香好夾又惹味😋配料中加入香脆可口腰果，增加咗呢道菜嘅口感，十分滋味👏🏻避風塘生蠔 $168好少喺出面叫炸蠔，因為質量唔好肉質死實外，粒肉仲有機會大縮水面頭覆蓋住大量炸蒜，裡面約8隻大生蠔，薄脆漿包裹厚肉生蠔去炸，外脆亦保持裡面juicy
