Restaurant: With Your Mind
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早幾日係電視睇完有關海光街既餐廳介紹，真係唔講唔知原來海光街咁多餐廳橫掂今日有事要過一過太古，順路就去埋海光街解決Lunch啦海光街真係中西日韓泰乜都有...最後揀左食星馬菜既隨心睇下menu都好多款食物選擇，不過今日想食飽少少所以無揀喇沙，揀左望落賣相唔錯既無骨海南雞飯份量都唔細，有大約9件雞肉雞皮唔算厚，容易入口，唔會有反感既感覺雞肉肉質幼嫩有彈性，並且保留雞肉既原汁原味，唔錯!食海南雞既另一重點就係佢既醬汁通常都係安排一碟黑醬油、薑蔥油同埋辣醬我自己比較鐘意食辣，所以會比較鐘意點辣醬食點辣醬食簡直係錦上添花!油飯都做得幾好，飯粒唔會煮到爛哂，保持少少乾身香味夠哂濃郁，落少少辣醬撈飯食又係另一番風味!

雞皮唔算厚，容易入口，唔會有反感既感覺
雞肉肉質幼嫩有彈性，並且保留雞肉既原汁原味，唔錯!
食海南雞既另一重點就係佢既醬汁
通常都係安排一碟黑醬油、薑蔥油同埋辣醬
我自己比較鐘意食辣，所以會比較鐘意點辣醬食
點辣醬食簡直係錦上添花!

油飯都做得幾好，飯粒唔會煮到爛哂，保持少少乾身
香味夠哂濃郁，落少少辣醬撈飯食又係另一番風味!
