啟岸真係勁多野食,Kaku係我bookmark左一段時間嘅餐廳,終於喺生日月嚟到食喇😍餐廳有前米之蓮法國廚師團隊坐陣,絕對係信心保證😎 我地叫左個2人tasting menu, 有3個starters, 兩個main, 兩個甜品。食完飽到捧住個肚走,不過係滿足嘅😜首先上枱嘅係餐包同餐湯,個磨菇湯極濃郁,係真材實料!✨Korean Uni Kim Onigiri - 好特別,飯波好香泡菜味,上面有海膽,再用紫菜包住食,口感滿滿😻✨Citrus Lemongrass Hamachi - 係油甘魚刺身配上醋珠,一咬爆汁,balance返個油脂,好清新,亦提升左個魚嘅鮮味😋✨Hokkaido Scallop Salad - 夠晒薄切,配搭個汁好鮮甜,帶子夠爽口👍✨海膽三文魚籽扁意粉 - 激多蟹肉同三文魚籽,裡面仲隱藏住海膽,加埋個意粉汁好creamy, 成個配搭好正好惹味🤤✨西京燒野生黑鱈魚配芒果莎莎 - 肉質勁滑,西京燒味醃得剛剛好,入味得嚟唔會搶左魚香,食落好有驚喜!個底用左芒果莎莎伴碟,酸酸甜甜,好開胃!✨Dessert - upgrade左其中一個餐嘅甜品做焙茶牛乳蛋卷,焙茶味又係我至
