To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見這兒的食評上有很多個笑臉,所以專程來試試。先說說招牌菜「海南雞飯」,端出來時賣相非常吸引,最特別之處是用了類似竹籃的碟子盛裝着,黃油飯又熱又香又軟,雞肉嫩滑,配以傳統的甜豉油、辣油和薑蓉,將雞味提升,加上酸酸的木耳和熱湯,真是無懈可擊。特別一提,從未飲過這麼好飲的熱湯,是一大驚喜。這個套餐好吃到全部都清晒,連一粒飯也沒有剩下來。另一驚喜是「新加坡炒貴刁」,早前在檳城吃過,香而微辣,十分好吃,估不到這兒的味道更上一層樓。貴刁炒很很香,配以炒蛋、蝦和魚肉,味道和層次都十分豐富。此外,畫龍點睛的是臘腸,將整碟炒貴刁變得更香更惹味,比檳城的還要更好吃,我們吃到差點連碟子也要舔乾淨。這兒的菜單十分吸引,下次想試試招牌喇沙和肉骨茶。
