To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說不時都會去銅鑼灣閒逛食飯 去到最近先發現到呢間印尼餐廳🌴 認識得佢太遲見網上foodie介紹過 一於去試下店內坐位唔多 得5-6張枱不過餐牌選舉都幾多好快我就落左order黃薑原條炸魚飯個餐係竹籃上 風味十足🫶🏻條炸魚好大條👍🏻完全可以滿足鍾意食魚嘅朋友 魚皮炸到好脆 但魚肉都保持到嫩滑配菜會有小小蕃茄同青瓜 仲有一塊炸天貝 天貝本身冇乜特別味道 不過配左佢個辣醬就好惹味!個辣醬好有印尼地道嘅味道 好夠辣我另叫左一杯咖啡涼粉 唔飲得太甜嘅朋友記得要叫少甜呀總括黎講 係會再回頭既食店

個餐係竹籃上 風味十足🫶🏻
條炸魚好大條👍🏻完全可以滿足鍾意食魚嘅朋友 魚皮炸到好脆 但魚肉都保持到嫩滑

配菜會有小小蕃茄同青瓜 仲有一塊炸天貝
天貝本身冇乜特別味道 不過配左佢個辣醬就好惹味!個辣醬好有印尼地道嘅味道 好夠辣

我另叫左一杯咖啡涼粉
唔飲得太甜嘅朋友記得要叫少甜呀

總括黎講 係會再回頭既食店
