我還是第一次吃熟成牛舌,驚訝佢嘅切口好齊,差一點以為是合成肉😆。落刀切嘅時候就感覺到非常柔軟,牛嘅味道十分濃郁,牛舌中心嘅部份更現油脂,入口隨即溶化,一點纖維也沒有的口舌,感覺奇妙,也有種吃和牛嘅感覺。😌

屋企人點嘅白鱈魚,味道和肉質都有驚喜。
試了一口,肉質細緻緊實,魚味濃,有點似帶子,切開嘅時候肉唔會散,柔軟有彈性,完全不像平日吃到的比目魚,鱈魚的texture 。再配以阿根廷青醬和澳洲白蘆筍,令本身魚味好濃嘅白鱈魚更添唔同口味。👍🏻
