因為正值一月頭來光顧,有些菜式特意選用了日本人新年會享用的菜式。就像"先付",每件小點都有祝賀之意,如身體健康和順利吉利之祝福。特別喜歡當中的"日出" ,魚蛋中有蛋黃醬,樣子精美。

八爪魚的吸管囗感好正好爽囗,配師傅秘制的醬油漬wasabi,別有風味!而八爪魚肉則十分鮮甜。擺盤很美。

"三文魚子" 拌蘿蔔蓉
喻意家族興旺!超鮮,是由師傅他們續粒拆出來的,所以和外面急凍的不一樣, 囗感味道都很高級。
講真我從小其實不吃三文魚子,因為覺得好腥,但這道真的完全沒有腥味而且十分彈牙,全部吃完!
