驚喜@Amina自從和朋友去過Amina cuisine後一直都想再去,後來得知原來尖沙咀的Amina Modern European其實是總店,早陣子趁結婚記念日便和老公浪漫一下~Amina Modern European位置於金馬倫道的小型商厦中,沒有門牌招牌,但其實地點頗方便,地鐵站過去才5分鐘左右餐廳面積不大,室內裝潢別緻,燈光昏暗,頗有氣氛我們被安排坐在入面的細房,據職員表示這個房間很受歡迎,因私穩度高,和朋友來食飯傾計可以更盡情這裡食飯基本上都是點餐,價錢分為$698及$798二款,包括了歡迎小食,湯、前菜、主菜和甜品先來Amuse Bouche,配魚子醬餅乾配芒果魚籽jelly那魚子醬餅乾小小咸香,看起來好矜貴而那金黃色芒果魚籽jelly加入了些乾花點綴,一小口品嚐,那魚籽口感很有彈性,有點像蟹子的那種質感送上的手製麵包,好香脆,尤其是那伴碟的茄子醬切勿錯失,奇在沒有加入肉類的茄子醬味道竟然如此濃郁,味道好有層次~店員為我們推介了幾款生蠔,遇上買一送一的優惠,即開即食,十分抵食!分別是Speciales de Claire,Krystale和Gillardeau有比較之下

即是意大利香草醬醃藍鰭吞拿魚,平時我比較怕腥,因此很少食吞拿魚的,但加了點Pesto後味道竟然好夾,濃郁的Pesto汁把吞拿魚的魚腥味掩蓋了,但保留了他的鮮味

那墨魚汁 Risotto好食得想哭了,本應是配角變成了亮點~

黑媽媽有點醜,食一小口就令整個口腔充滿墨魚汁的濃香,好似食了一大支墨魚汁的份量,而且 Risotto口感軟硬適中,至於那只大蝦和墨魚反之變成了配菜,那大蝦其實也不錯呢
