To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友今次約我嚟中環食法國菜，見到地址都覺得有啲搞笑，不過就即管試吓啦，見到佢個餐廳裏面唔係裝修得好靚，不過正正常常一間西餐廳啦。咁我哋試食新嘢，不嬲都會嘗試廚師推介，見到洋蔥湯有個廚師啦，即刻叫一人一個！呢個洋蔥湯呢係好好飲個芝士好正，熱辣辣暖笠笠，絕對係一個好味嘅洋蔥湯，好彩一人一個唔使爭。之後再見到廚師推介嘅Blue mussels! 呢個真係唔係講笑，因為我冇expect過佢咁Fresh咁新鮮, 佢用個汁配搭得好清新，呢個絕對係要海鮮新鮮先做到嘅效果，所以呢個絕對推介!之後牛肉他他我就覺得不過不失啦OK可以食嘅進入主菜，係紅蝦意粉, 真係不得了個龍蝦嘅味係好濃郁，而且佢嗰個意粉掛汁，淡淡都係紅蝦嘅味道，精彩。最後就係我哋期待咗好耐嘅Apple Crumble廚師仲好有heart咁畫咗棵蘋果樹俾我哋㗎❤️最後呢餐我哋都好滿意🫶雖然餐廳唔係好靚, 但係佢做到唔使好似法國餐咁食四個鐘頭🤣乎合香港人需要🫶
