Omakase 的主理廚師為客人提供時令食材是指定動作,作為食客的我每次對廚師準備的食材都滿有期待,今次光顧的鱻88在網上好評如潮,筆者心情更為興奮。在提供Omakase 的食肆而言,鱻88可算相當寬敞,有着過百座位。除Omakase 外還提供A La Cart Menu。當晚筆者嚐到了幾道印象深刻的美食,在此逐一介紹一下。石班魚刺身首次吃到,味鮮帶嚼勁,這種刺身口感甚為突出。冲繩涼瓜脆爽無渣,甘味清新,味道口感一等一!鰻魚飯兩食以新鮮鰻魚精製,並非一般吃到的普通行貨,鰻魚製作的工序複雜,先蒸熟再汁燒。一食是蒲燒鰻魚飯,吃到皮脆肉香滑的鰻魚。二食是以魚骨湯泡飯,吃到了魚湯的鮮美一面。
