體驗好差，服務態度好惡劣。

食物肉質柴，環境可以，最主要的問題係服務態度十分惡劣。一位綠色襯衫中年男士態度極差，首先客人穩佢佢仲同同事竊竊私語，等左一陣去客人度處理完經過我張檯見佢係嘖客人同搖頭，其他同事上菜都算有禮，相反佢黑起塊面對其他客人唔尊重。到左我吃完埋單時候，係Counter等人，等左5分鐘綠色衫態度差果位阿生先不情願地過來，第一句就講喂係唔係埋單啊你等陣啦。因為我用OpenRice比左錢入坐已經有同事處理完係套餐加包埋免一服務費，但佢再話收我全款同加一服務費，我話我比過錢啦，佢立即黑面同我講點x知你點比錢啊，態度差過係其他茶餐廳食，好似來食飯欠左佢一樣。之後佢叫一位輝哥人來處理，佢雖然不知道情況但十分耐心同算有禮，最後知道我比左錢，最後加收埋小料費55我係入來問過其他分店做法係加25兩個人係50但佢加收埋加一只是5蚊就算啦。總結個別員工服務態度非常差，其他食物一般肉質柴可能係自己食牛部位本來係甘或者係自己煮得唔好。環境ok舒服，但強調服務真心好差，唔會再去啦
