晚餐選擇了灣仔一間新開潮州菜,此店原來是由上環老字號尚興潮州菜老闆細仔經營,而大廚係前百樂廚師,質素有保證,尚文潮州菜走中高檔路線,有高檔嘅鮑參翅肚,亦有正宗潮州菜式,店員會了解客人喜好,唔會硬銷高價菜式,亦會介紹時令新鮮菜。店員推介點了幾個小菜大極素菜羹,口感滑溜,啖啖新鮮蔬菜嘅味道,卻係特別清新,問清楚原來主要係用蕃薯苗烹製,幾特別的確係好飲。九肚魚烙,蠔烙就食得多,九肚魚烙卻係第一次,滿滿嘅九肚魚肉加入蝦肉菜甫煎,煎得好香調味恰當,魚同蝦嘅鮮味同時突出,兩面煎得好脆。鹵水鵝肝鵝肉,鹵水好香濃鵝肉入晒味,鵝肝係粉肝,食落好滑又甘香,當然唔少得炸豆腐吸收鹵水汁夠晒嫩滑。潮州小炒王富有潮州風味,西芹、芹菜、椒絲、甘筍絲、菜甫、魷魚鬚、蝦乾、海蜇爆炒非常香口惹味,口感豐富。最後兩碗潮汕特色糖水,清心丸綠豆爽,其他地方的確好少有食到,好滑溜嘅薯粉,加入去皮綠豆,仲加入銀杏,清甜嘅糖水作為晚餐嘅完美句號。
