To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 冇諗過五十幾蚊可以食到咁多刺身嘅丼飯😂粒粒魚生丼($52)(另收加一)刺身多到食極仲有,刺身款式有好多種:甜蝦🦐、三文魚🐟、帶子、三文魚籽、吞拿魚…仲有好多但唔記得叫咩😛三文魚係冇筋架!全部刺身都非常新鮮而且冇雪味,入口即溶,咁嘅價錢可以食到呢個質素真係冇得講,不愧係元朗出名嘅日式小店🤩撥開刺身就見到好多玉子同青瓜粒,配埋刺身一齊食就冇咁滯,反而覺得口感好清新👍🏻我好鐘意佢面頭滿滿嘅三文魚籽粒,鹹香味十足(係海洋嘅味道呀🤣),所以刺身唔洗點好多鼓油,撈埋三文魚籽食已經非常夠味~仲會送埋麵鼓湯同前菜,雖然係免費嘅但一啲都唔馬虎😺麵鼓湯入面有三大舊三文魚😳沙律菜都好新鮮,撈埋胡麻醬食都幾開胃!
