To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直以来跑马地都是个宝地,旺中带静加上各种美食,非常适合居住。今天到养和医院探病,刚好到附近希望吃点地道香港菜,姝记就你啦!陈旧的餐牌,不太干净的环境简直就是香港熟食中心的写照,这么多年依然十年如一日还是有一定伎俩的。天气开始冷先来一碗鸡炖翅。非常浓郁,用料十足,价钱更是平民化才$68一碗,非常抵食。接下来椒盐九肚鱼的椒盐做的非常好,不过采用的九肚鱼好像原材料一般,后悔没有叫椒盐鲜鱿。蔬菜要了啫啫唐生菜煲,除了偏油之外味道还是相当不错的,火候把握的很好。最后是招牌蒜香骨,选用了比较肥的排骨来做,非常香口,味道不错,说是招牌也不为过。由于只有两个人没法尝试他们的另一招牌菜风沙鸡,只能下次来再试了。平均每人$190,以吃的东西和质量来说算是物有所值了。
